General Data Protection Regulation

a) Personal data are processed in order to perform the contract for the provision of lawyer services, pursuant to the Act of 26 May 1982. Bar Law (Journal of Laws 1982 No. 16 item 124, as amended).

b) Personal data are processed on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. - European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), which entered into force on 25/05/2018. Personal data on convictions referred to in art. 10 GDPR is processed under the supervision of public authorities, which in this case is exercised by the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

c) Personal data was provided voluntarily.

d) Your personal data in connection with the implementation of the objectives set out in point. a) they may be transferred to recipients of data, ie courts and public authorities, parties and participants in proceedings, entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of the authorities, to the extent and purposes resulting from legal regulations, e.g. the General Inspector of Financial Information; personal data may also be transferred to third countries from the EU -USA Privacy Shields list. .

e) Personal data will be stored by Adw.WK within the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract, but no longer than 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the contract was terminated and a possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, which are legally justified by the interest pursued by Adw.WK (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR), and also for archival purposes (evidence) in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is a legitimate interest pursued by Adw. WK (Article 6 (1) letter f) of the GDPR),

f) You have the right to access your personal data, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. In this case, I indicate that some of the above-mentioned requests may imply the impossibility to perform the contract. At the same time, I inform about the risk related to maintaining confidentiality when using electronic means of communication. The consent to processing does not affect the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of the consent granted prior to its withdrawal.
